Our founder, Robert Hunter, has written an article for The Lawyer Magazine about how we measure performance, and it’s relationship to disability. It’s called “Would Linklaters have won the Vietnam War?” and although it focuses on the Legally Disabled survey, and law firms in particular, its lessons relate to all employers.
