City Disabilities is conducting a survey on the attitude of employers to disability in the workplace. If you have a disability or long term health condition, and are in work, please complete the survey. It is anonymous, consists of 17 multiple choice questions and takes about a minute to do. We’d also be grateful if you would share this widely so that we can collect responses from as many people as possible.
