As some of our mentees and mentors will recall, Hear Here is a fantastic new networking organisation for individuals with hearing loss, created by one of our mentors, Warren Stapley.

Hear Here want to make meaningful connections between people, particularly as hearing loss is so often associated with isolation. They welcome all sort of professionals with hearing loss, and their allies, to events in and around London.

Their launch event in November last year was sold out, and was a great success. The next event is 8th June, and this time Hear Here have teamed up with three charities: Action on Hearing Loss, The National Deaf Children’s Society and Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. Tickets are £10, with100% of the proceeds being donated directly to help whichever one of the three charities you choose.

We would encourage all our mentees and mentors who might find this relevant to attend. Hopefully we will see lots of you there!
