The Law Society Diversity Access Scheme Scholarship

The Law Society Diversity Access Scheme Scholarship is now open for applications.

What is the DAS?
The DAS is a scholarship for aspiring solicitors. The DAS award package includes funding for up to the full cost of your LPC fees, a professional mentor to help with queries relating to a future career in law and work experience placements, brokered through the Law Society.

Who should apply?
Graduates and those in their final year of a law degree, including mature students. The DAS 2018 application round is for those who wish to start a full time or part time LPC either in September 2018 or January 2019.

You have to fulfil certain criteria to be eligible for the DAS. To check your eligibility, please visit the Law Society’s website (link below).

How many awards are available?
Up to ten standard DAS scholarships will be available this year.

When do applications open?
The applications opened on 5 February and close at midnight on 8 April 2018. Interviews will be held at the Law Society Chancery Lane offices on 19, 20 and 21 July 2018.
